Khaliah Ali: Designer, Philanthropist, and Author

Khaliah Ali is a renowned designer, dedicated humanitarian, bestselling author, and successful businesswoman. She is not only a mother but also a passionate advocate for those in need. Her humanitarian commitment extends nationally and internationally, with active involvement in over 10 organizations in various roles, from board member to spokesperson and advisor.

Professionally, Khaliah runs her own clothing line, The Khaliah Ali Collection, which has garnered attention on QVC across Europe, as well as on HSN and Shop HQ in the United States.

Khaliah is the proud mother of Jacob Ali Wertheimer, a recent Harvard graduate and scholar in African-American studies. Together, they collaborate on philanthropic and humanitarian initiatives to honor her father's legacy, Muhammad Ali.
Khaliah's dedication to community outreach began during her high school years and continues to this day. Her partnership with Chukkers started with joint efforts to feed the homeless in Philadelphia alongside the Sisters of Mercy. Later, she became a spokesperson for the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

In 2022, Khaliah's collaboration with Chukkers included serving as the spokesperson for a Public Service Campaign with the American Academy of Family Physicians, focusing on health disparities related to chronic obesity. This resonated deeply with Khaliah, as she successfully overcame her own weight struggles. The relationship has also opened doors for endorsements with the campaign's corporate partner.

In January 2023, Khaliah made a national appearance on The Today Show with Al Roker to share her personal transformation journey, emphasizing her determination and resilience. Her bestselling book, "Fighting Weight," published by Harper Collins, has paved the way for a follow-up.

Chukkers has effectively managed Khaliah's public relations, including a PSA shot at her father's historic Deer Lake Training Camp, now known as "Fighter's Heaven." This PSA achieved over $1 million in advertising equivalency within three months of distribution. Khaliah also conducted a successful Radio Media Tour and made personal appearances in 2022, with more planned for 2023.

Khaliah's humanitarian endeavors include board positions at organizations such as the World Food Program, Project Sunshine, We Are Family, and Help USA. She serves as the American ambassador for Steve Erwin's "Wildlife Warriors."
Notably, Khaliah's trip to the Congo with her son marked the 35th anniversary of her father's legendary "Rumble in the Jungle." This visit resulted in the establishment of a girls' school through the Georges Malaika foundation and significant aid donations from the Clinton Foundation's Global Clinton Initiative to hospitals in the region. Khaliah is taking a more prominent role within the Ali Family and collaborating closely with the Ali Museum in Louisville.
Khaliah is the recipient of the National Congressional Award for public service, an advocate of animal rights, and a dedicated vegan. She is also outspoken about ethical concerns related to earth diamonds.

Khaliah's association with Chukkers reflects the promise of her legendary family name, as seen in an iconic photograph taken moments before her father's historic victory in the "Rumble in the Jungle" against George Foreman in Zaire, Africa (now the Congo). This image was taken by a principle at Chukker's father, underscores the enduring impact of Muhammad Ali and the close ties he maintained with those he touched throughout his life.
